Founded in 1817 in Hornberg, in the Black Forest in Germany, today Duravit operates with more than 33 affiliated companies and is present in almost 130 countries.
Manufacture takes place in Germany and at several international locations: Egypt, China, France, India, Tunisia and Turkey.
The company philosophy is about “living bathrooms” and this is reflected in the collaboration with high-profile designers, such as Philippe Starck, EOOS, Sieger Design and Matteo Thun. Each of them wrote a chapter of the company’s history designing innovative new products that set new successful standards in the bathroom design field - for different budgets and lifestyles.
