High end office for company owners, for their guest and entertainment. A 110 years old apartment was renovated and redesigned. 2013, area: ca. 110 m2, budget: ca. 60 000 €. My role: surveying the site | agreement with the client | draft plan: freehand sketches, floor plans, elevations, 3D images | construction plan: floor plans, floor finishes, electrical plans, suspended ceiling, furniture plans, details | list of materials, lamps, furniture to purchase and sanitary equipment | selecting materials, furniture etc. with clients at showrooms | contacting with client and constructors.
