main lounge room in condo residence for tenants selecting & changing wall to wall carpet i will be changing wallpaper to neutral also changing furnishings with bold colour possibly red I will be keeping millwork as is, in good condition right now. keep lighting as is budget for furniture 20k present to condo board all must agree condo tenants mainly 50+ so lounge area for reading playing cards etc 1 large sofa 4 chairs with glass coffee table & side table to offset heavy millwork in dark room
