Turbulators for Giannoni S.p.a

For Giannoni we industrialized in several sizes an item called "wire turbulator". This copper technical component is made up of two parts manufactured at the same time and automatically hooked one to each other. It was produced at a very high rate: 20 pieces per minute, on a dedicated line designed specifically for that purpose, with a progressive mold on a double-column press. The ameliorative results obtained with the industrialization of the product were the optimal increase of thermal efficiency and the reduction of noise in those boilers that had the exchangers installed. These results helped to lend added value to the product. Once the development of this project was over, several series of turbulators were then produced with the implementation of the same engineering and industrialization concept previously conceived.
