CLASSIC 115: The size of this house retain the traditional balance of spaces between the living and sleeping areas thanks to the rear opening of the living room which is framed by the structural continuity on the roof and the rustic effect granted by the fireplace. Moreover, the latter breaks the openings in the living room to create a respectful sense of domestic privacy.

DESIGN 115: This comfortable three-room has was designed with the objective of providing the space needed for every need.
There is a large chimney on the façade of the bright opening in the living area that acts as a fulcrum to the house. Two openings on the same façade visually supports the element and there is also a pergola connected to the movement of the volumes.

EVOLUTION 115: The energetic structural overhang is combined with a chimney covered in a refined way with materials that give it a suitable and proportionate attention. In this way the line of the entire building is externally broken by complementary architectural styles that support the distribution inside the house.

Troverai un piccolo manuale che ti spiegherà le peculiarità del nostro sistema tecnologico e come sfruttarle per poterti avvantaggiare durante la progettazione. All’interno del file PLA troverai 3 elementi griglia, il Block-Volume, il solaio sciolto ed il muro sciolto. Questi tre elementi servono come guida per i volumi del fabbricato sul quale poi procederai con il tracciamento della struttura utilizzando i preferiti all’interno del file. 

4) PUBBLICAZIONE.

Per concludere passare alla pubblicazione. All’interno del Book di Layout troverai già tutta una serie di tavole preimpostate che utilizzano le viste salvate nella cartella “3 – Sovrascritture Grafiche” da cui poter fare ulteriore ed eventuali modifiche.
