The Pix Round Ceiling is a compact, geometric solution for outdoor lighting. In an outdoor project, it suits porches, loggias and semi-open areas where a soft, even output is required to build a welcoming contemporary atmosphere, with a discreet yet recognisable presence.

The Pix collection by Platek highlights the harmony of simple shapes—circle and square—by introducing an essential frame that can be applied on wall or ceiling. The frame “sets” the luminous flux and gives the product a clear identity even when switched off, supporting formal consistency when coordinating a family of fixtures.

Technical features

• Body and base manufactured in die-cast aluminium EN 44300 with very low copper content
• No visible screws; wall connection completely hidden
• Subjected to galvanic anodizing treatment (mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, final sealing)
• Painted following a continuous two step paint process (epoxy-based primer + polyester-based colour finish) creating a thick protective barrier
• Barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays; corrosion resistance in salt spray declared higher than market standards
• Before fixing the diffuser: atmospheric pressure plasma pre-treatment; silicone coating and automated assembly for sealing
