The Pix Square Ceiling is designed for projects where outdoor lighting must remain essential yet well defined in form. In an outdoor project, it fits covered or semi-open areas such as porches and loggias, thanks to a soft, even output that shapes the environment without visual overload.

The Pix collection by Platek focuses on the strength of primary shapes: square and circle are treated as elements of harmony, enhanced by a simple frame that outlines the luminous flux. The result is a fixture with a recognisable identity even when switched off, useful when maintaining consistency across multiple luminaires.

Technical features

• Body and base manufactured in die-cast aluminium EN 44300 with very low copper content
• No visible screws; wall connection completely hidden
• Subjected to galvanic anodizing treatment and painted following a continuous two step paint process (epoxy-based primer + polyester-based colour finish)
• Barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays; corrosion resistance in salt spray declared higher than market standards
• Before fixing the diffuser: atmospheric pressure plasma pre-treatment; silicone coating and automated assembly for sealing
• IP65, IK05
