Floor Access Cover, PRO-TR System - Inspection cover

Overview

System PRO+TR is a galvanized steel floor access cover designed for technical floors where a walkable, non-slip tread sheet lid is required. It is a robust solution for inspection manholes, with attention to sealing and durability.

Technical features

The frame is made of 2 mm galvanized steel and the door is made of 3 mm tread sheet. The frame is equipped with a special frost and weatherproof seal to protect against seepage and odor leakage. The frame is fixed by casting at floor level and the cover can be inserted into the frame. The cover is fixed by four or eight bolts and can be removed by means of the provided lifting key. The built-in frame is only 60 mm high. With fixing anchors for safe support and additional reinforcing bars for a load up to 250 kN. Load up to C250. Opening is supported by the conical construction design. Possible use of the comfort key. External frame size is light hole plus 75 mm.
