Inspection manhole, PRO+ THERMAL System – Inspection Manhole Cover

What it is

PRO+TH is a floor inspection manhole cover designed for a clean, integrated technical access point, with thermal protection. It is available in hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel (stainless steel option considered here). 

Technical features

The system features 2 mm thickness, 50 mm tray depth, and 75 mm installation height. The frame includes a special gasket resistant to frost and weather conditions, helping prevent water infiltration and odor leakage. The frame is installed flush with the floor by casting; afterwards, the tray can be filled and placed into the frame. 

Key benefits

⦁    The tray can be filled with stone flooring, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, hard flooring, or other materials. 
⦁    The “THERMAL” version includes insulating panels made of rigid polyurethane foam with aluminum cladding, 80 mm thick. 
⦁    Load capacity: up to Class B125 according to EN 124. 

Installation & access

The cover is secured with locking screws and removed using the supplied lifting key; external frame size: clear opening + 135 mm.
