Inspection manhole, PRO+ MAXI THERMAL System – Inspection Manhole Cover

What it is

PRO+MAXI TH is a flush floor inspection manhole cover with thermal protection, designed where a deeper tray is required. It is made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel. 

Technical features

⦁    2 mm thickness
⦁    100 mm tray depth
⦁    125 mm installation height
⦁    Special gasket resistant to frost and weather conditions to help prevent infiltration and odor leakage
⦁    Frame installed flush with the floor via concrete pour; the tray can be filled and inserted afterwards 

Key benefits

The tray can be filled with stone paving, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, hard flooring, or other materials. The “THERMAL” version includes 80 mm insulating panels (rigid polyurethane foam with aluminum cladding). 

Performance & installation

⦁    External frame size: clear opening + 150 mm
⦁    Load capacity: up to Class B125 according to EN 124
⦁    Installation should be performed by qualified personnel, ensuring the gasket adheres tightly to the frame profile
