The Font bollard version features a sober, timeless aesthetic, combining essential lines with vintage-inspired references. Its clean geometry and compact volume make this luminaire highly versatile, suitable for gardens, pedestrian pathways, entrances, and green spaces. The proprietary optical system is available in street, asymmetric, or diffused versions.

Ideal for single or series installation, Font becomes a recognizable luminous sign that interacts with the surrounding space, much like a typographic character defines the style of a text.

Technical Specification

Die-cast body and head made of EN 44300 aluminum alloy with very low copper content. Glass diffuser. The product undergoes a galvanic anodizing treatment divided into distinct phases: mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and final sealing.

The double-coat painting cycle applied to the product makes it possible to obtain a single high-thickness protective layer. This treatment, combined with the previous anodizing process, ensures a highly effective barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays, achieving levels of salt spray corrosion resistance far exceeding market standards.

The bonding of the glass on Platek products is preceded by a surface pre-treatment using atmospheric-pressure plasma. This process activates surface energy precisely where needed, ensuring excellent wettability and removing any release agent residues, resulting in long-lasting adhesion. The subsequent steps include silicone application and glass assembly onto the luminaire body, carried out through an automated process that guarantees perfect sealing of the fixture. IP65, IK08.
